科研情况
主要研究方向聚焦于人工智能辅助的功能性蛋白设计、资源挖掘与应用,结合合成生物学技术,开发适用于饲料及食品安全领域的霉菌毒素降解酶、多肽及过敏原等功能性分子;基于生物信息学,系统解析人宠肠道微生物的互作机制。在Communications Biology、Toxins、Antioxidants等国际期刊发表SCI论文30余篇。申请发明专利10余项,参编专著3部。主持北京市自然科学青年基金、中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务费等科研项目3项。
