科研情况
长期从事家禽健康、环境健康和人民健康的营养调控研究。致力于家禽健康的评价与营养调控、禽产品品质形成机理与营养调控、饲料和饲料添加剂有效性与组装;饲料组方与调制;禽产品健康评价与科普。主持了支撑计划、重点研发项目课题、国家自然科学基金等课题项目。获得了省部级奖项5次。
