张海军,1976年生,博士,研究员,博士生导师。全国动物营养指导委员会蛋鸡营养分会委员、中国畜牧业协会白羽肉鸡与黄羽肉鸡专家委员会委员,全国饲料评审委员会委员。
科研情况
长期从事饲料资源高效利用与动物精准营养研究,致力打通“饲料资源—营养调控—畜产品价值”全链条。研究方向包括:饲料原料营养价值精准评定与新型饲料添加剂的功能挖掘、创制及产业化;家禽低蛋白、低能耗精准营养技术体系构建与规模化推广;功能性禽产品定向生产的营养代谢基础与关键调控技术;胚期营养编程驱动家禽肠屏障免疫奠基、能量代谢稳态刻录与肉蛋品质性状固化的发育机制。2008年11月~2009年11月在意大利米兰大学访问研究,2016年8月~2017年8月在美国密西西比州立大学访学。获省部级奖励4项,主编和参编书籍7部,发表各类文章100余篇,获授权发明专利7件。
